Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team at support@alie.co.in.

• Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation by Alie

Alie reserves the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:

• ✔ Product is out of stock

• ✔ Payment issues or detection of fraudulent transactions

• ✔ Invalid or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
