Eligibility for Exchange
We offer an exchange only in the following situations:

Wrong product delivered

Incorrect size received (different from what was ordered)
The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@alie.co.in.
Refund Process
Refunds are initiated only if an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability or other valid reasons.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Conditions for Exchange / Refund
To qualify for an exchange or refund:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchanges for wrong size selection by the customer are not accepted.

Products damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible for return or exchange.
