Alie, we are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience. However, refunds are applicable only under certain conditions as outlined below.
Refunds Are Applicable Only In the Following Cases:

Incorrect size delivered (different from what was ordered)

Product is out of stock after the order is placed
Refund Process

Customers must raise a refund request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@alie.co.in with complete order details and clear images of the issue.

Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Conditions for Refund

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact

Refunds are not applicable for incorrect size selection made by the customer
